Brijjo is intended to help you obtain travel information and planning suggestions. It does not replace professional travel agencies, government authorities, or local service providers.

Some features may require creating an account or signing in with Apple or similar methods.
You agree to:

- Keep your account credentials secure
- Not impersonate others when using the App
- Not use the App for unlawful or unauthorized activities
If we detect a security risk related to your account, we may restrict or suspend access.

You understand and agree that:

- AI recommendations do not constitute professional travel advice

Brijjo does not guarantee that all AI-generated content is fully accurate.
4. Maps and Location Information
Brijjo may use location services to provide:

Maps, road conditions, and traffic information may be provided by third-party map services and may be delayed or inaccurate.
You should always comply with local laws, regulations, and traffic rules.

- Travel suppliers
Third-party services are operated by independent providers.
Brijjo:
- Does not control third-party services
- Does not guarantee that third-party information is always accurate
- Is not responsible for third-party orders, payments, refunds, cancellation policies, or service quality
When you use third-party services, you must comply with the terms of those providers.

- Images

You represent that:
- You have the legal right to submit such content
- Your content does not infringe the rights of others

If you purchase paid services:

- AI recommendations fully meet your needs
- The service is free of errors
You should independently assess and decide on your own travel arrangements.
12. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and related data through the methods provided in the App.
After account deletion, certain data that we are legally required to retain may be kept in accordance with applicable law.
